- Founded ECM in 2002.
- Responsible for firm level leadership, strategic direction, and serves as main liaison to the ECM Board of Managers.
- Served for 10 years as Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of Northwestern University, growing its portfolio from just over $1 billion to approximately $4 billion by transforming its traditional stocks-and-bonds portfolio to a fully diversified strategy that utilizes 20 asset classes, 80 managers and over 150 partnerships, and was nearly 50% invested in non-traditional or alternative investment strategies.
- Served as Chief Investment Officer and Chief Financial Officer of two liberal arts colleges - Wheaton College and Bard College.
