David L. Wagner
Mr. Wagner is the Chief Executive Officer, Managing Member and a member of the Investment Committee of Evanston Capital Management, LLC. Mr. Wagner has over 30 years' experience as a Chief Investment Officer at a major research university (Northwestern University), a private foundation (C.W. Benedum Foundation) and two liberal arts colleges where he also served as Chief Financial Officer (Wheaton College and Bard College). In each of these capacities he has been the institution's senior investment officer responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing investment policy, asset allocation and investment manager selection and oversight. In addition, Mr. Wagner has over 10 years' experience both as an equity and fixed income portfolio manager. Most recently he spent 10 years as the CIO at Northwestern University where he successfully oversaw the shift from a traditional stocks-and-bonds portfolio to a fully diversified strategy that utilizes 20 asset classes, 80 managers and over 150 investment funds, and, at the time of his departure, was nearly 50% invested in non-traditional or alternative investment strategies. During his tenure the NU portfolio grew from just over $1 billion to approximately $4 billion. Mr. Wagner received his B.A. from Dartmouth College and his M.B.A from Amos Tuck School of Business (Dartmouth College). He served four years in the U.S. Navy. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Wheaton College (Norton, MA) where he is the Chair of the Investment Committee, the Trinity Health (Detroit) Investment Sub-Committee, The Kresge Foundation Investment Committee, and is a NACUBO Fellow and has previously served on over a dozen investment advisory, non-profit and family-office boards and is a frequent speaker on alternative assets and financial matters.

Adam B. Blitz, CFA
Mr. Blitz is the Chief Investment Officer, a Principal and a member of the Investment Committee of Evanston Capital Management, LLC. He has over ten years of institutional investment management experience with an emphasis in quantitative analysis, trading, and risk management. Prior to helping establish Evanston Capital Management, Mr. Blitz worked in the Prime Brokerage area at Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he aided in the development, selling, and managing of financing solutions offered to hedge funds. He also worked closely with the risk management group within Prime Brokerage, which is responsible for determining the appropriate amount of leverage to extend to hedge funds from both a regulatory and risk-based perspective. Before joining Goldman Sachs, Mr. Blitz was the Head Trader at AQR Capital Management, a multi-strategy quantitative investment manager. At AQR, Mr. Blitz was responsible for implementing all of AQR's market-neutral strategies and traded a wide variety of financial instruments, including equities, bonds, currencies, futures, and swaps. Mr. Blitz also assisted in risk management and strategy research at AQR, including extensive modeling and analysis of strategy and fund-level volatilities and correlations. Mr. Blitz also was previously employed in the Asset Management Division at Goldman Sachs, where he was a member of the Quantitative Research group. Mr. Blitz received his B.S. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School. He is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Chicago.

Kenneth A. Meister, CFA
Mr. Meister is the Chief Operating Officer, a Principal and a member of the Investment Committee of Evanston Capital Management, LLC. He has over fifteen years of institutional investment management experience with an emphasis in asset allocation, manager research/due diligence, and fund-level risk management. Prior to helping establish Evanston Capital Management, Mr. Meister was at William Blair & Company, where he was responsible for developing and implementing Wealth Management Services asset allocation capabilities, alternative investment strategy review and selection, and single stock risk management. He was also a member of the Wealth Management Services Asset Allocation Committee. Before his employment with William Blair & Company, Mr. Meister was Manager-Investment Analysis in the Ameritech Investment Management Department. During his tenure at Ameritech, Mr. Meister was responsible for non-US equity exposure and portfolio managers (including currency), aggregate fund level performance and risk reporting, and operational due diligence on new capital market investment. Mr. Meister has also worked at The Northern Trust Company, assisting large pension plans with asset allocation, manager selection, and risk and performance measurement services. Mr. Meister received a B.S. from Indiana University and an M.B.A. from Loyola University of Chicago. He is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute, the CFA Society of Chicago, and Beta Gamma Sigma Business Honor Society.

Ryan D. Cahill, CPA
Mr. Cahill is the Chief Financial Officer, a Principal and a member of the Investment Committee of Evanston Capital Management, LLC. He has over sixteen years of institutional risk management experience with an emphasis on fund-level risk management, manager due diligence and evaluation, and fund operations and accounting. Prior to helping to establish Evanston Capital Management, Mr. Cahill was at Arthur Andersen LLP where he was responsible for managing audit and business advisory engagements for public and privately-held clients in a broad variety of industries. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Thresholds Psychiatric Rehabilitation Institute, a national non-profit agency that provides comprehensive services to the mentally ill. Mr. Cahill received a B.S. from the University of Notre Dame, where he was co-captain of the men's track team, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Don Fehrs
Mr. Fehrs is the Director of Research, a Principal, and member of the Investment Committee of Evanston Capital Management, LLC. He joined the firm in May 2006 and is primarily responsible for topical hedge fund research and product development. Prior to joining Evanston Capital Management he was the Chief Investment Officer at Cornell University, where he managed the University's investment assets, consisting of the endowment, other University funds, and accounts separately invested on behalf of donors, totaling in excess of $4 billion. Before joining Cornell in 1999, Mr. Fehrs was at the University of Notre Dame, first as a member of the finance faculty and later as a Senior Investment Director. He started his career in the auditing and treasury divisions of Prudential Insurance. Mr. Fehrs has a bachelor's degree in economics from Cornell, an MBA from Mercer University, and a Ph.D. in finance from Florida State University.

Nadine E. Roggeman, CPA
Mrs. Roggeman is the Controller of Evanston Capital Management, LLC. She has over nineteen years of accounting/audit experience in the investment management industry. Prior to joining Evanston Capital Management, she was the Manager of Portfolio Accounting & Administration for Harris Alternatives, LLC where she was responsible for the accounting and operational aspects of all onshore/offshore funds under management. Before joining Harris, she was the Manager at Driehaus Enterprise Management where she was responsible for the accounting aspects of Richard H. Driehaus's family office. Mrs. Roggeman also worked at Driehaus Capital Management where she was responsible for the group performing the accounting and performance reporting for the firm's domestic and international partnerships. Mrs. Roggeman received her B.S. from Northern Illinois University. She is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the AICPA and the Illinois CPA Society.

Scott Zimmerman
Mr. Zimmerman is the General Counsel of Evanston Capital Management, LLC. From September 2002 to December 2005 Mr. Zimmerman was an Associate in the Investment Products and Derivatives Group at the law firm of Sidley Austin LLP, where he advised and represented clients with respect to the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, the Investment Company Act of 1940, the Securities Act of 1933, the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and the Commodity Exchange Act. Mr. Zimmerman received his B.S. in Business Administration, with Distinction, from the University of Kansas in 1999 and his Juris Doctor, Order of the Coif, from the University of Kansas in 2002.

Kristen L. Van Gelder
Ms. Van Gelder is Vice President and Senior Investment Analyst of Evanston Capital Management, LLC. She joined the firm in August 2003 and is primarily responsible for managing the proprietary manager database and assists in investment research and the portfolio management processes. Ms. Van Gelder received a B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University and is a 2008 Level III CFA candidate.

Michael E. Liddy
Mr. Liddy is an Investment Analyst of Evanston Capital Management, LLC. He joined the firm in August 2006 and is primarily responsible for managing the proprietary manager database and assists in the investment research and portfolio management processes. Mr. Liddy received his B.A. in Economics and B.S. in Biology from Dartmouth College, where he was also a member of the varsity basketball team.

Richard Schrik
Mr. Schrik is an Operations Associate of Evanston Capital Management, LLC. Prior to joining the firm in September 2007, he was a tax professional in the Alternative Investment Tax Practice at Deloitte & Touche for three years, where he spent much of his time providing tax services to hedge fund clients of Deloitte's Chicago office. Mr. Schrik received a B.B.A. in both Accounting and Finance from The Ohio State University.

Allison Joseph
Ms. Joseph is the most recent addition to Evanston Capital Management, LLC. She joined the firm in October 2007, coming from a background in not-for-profit and restaurant management, and is responsible for supporting daily office operations as Administrative Assistant. Ms. Joseph received her B.A. in History from Dartmouth College.
